Method of Delivery

Open ESB web site. This site will contain the guides and tutorials.

Sun Developer Network (SDN). This site will contain the Open ESB Downloads Tab.

GlassFish. The Ant references will be bundled with GlassFish.

Issues and Risks

Sun's SOA/BI documentation team is simultaneously working on the next release of Java CAPS, which has higher priority because it generates revenue for Sun. Work on this release of Open ESB may be scaled back accordingly.

In addition, the SOA/BI documentation team lost two writers in September 2007. Although neither was involved with Open ESB, their workload will be absorbed by the remaining writers.

Documentation Reviews

Members of the following groups must perform documentation reviews:

• Engineering. As the subject matter experts, responsible for reviewing all new and updated content.

• QE. Responsible for verifying technical accuracy (especially in tutorials).
