Refactoring the current Alerts Service

The Current alert management service will become the alerts administration service and will derive from alert management service that control it the alert configuration service and the alert notification service (see the following illustration).

Proposed alerts management service change

• Alerts administration Service - The Alerts administration service will enable user to monitor and control over the alerts stored in the event database in the enterprise manager product.
• Alerts Configuration Service - The Alerts Configuration service will give the user more control over the persistence of alerts generated in the event management component.
• Alerts Notification Service - The Alerts Notification service will give the user more control over the type of alerts alerts delivered to a scripting client from the event management component.
