Fuji runs on any OSGi platform and we have multiple distributionsavailable that bundles fuji with Felix, GlassfishV3 and Equinox. In order to manage Fuji as a standalone instance on these platforms from Netbeans, we have a Fuji Server Netbeans Plugin that provides a GUI in the Netbeans services tab from which you can start/stop the Fuji instanace on Felix, GlassfishV3 or Equinox platform and manage (install, start, stop, uninstall) OSGi bundles on these standalone instances. In addition to providing the GUI, this plugin also provides a output window in Netbeans from which you can view the server log in case of Glassfish V3 platform and execute CLI commands in case of Felix and Equinox platforms.
See How To Setup Netbeans for Fuji for instructions on setting up Netbeans for Fuji application development.
See this video
on how to setup and run the standalone fuji instances from netbeans.
